Return and Refund Policy

1. Product Returns and Exchanges

If a product purchased from our store is found to be unsuitable or has defects due to our fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We guarantee a full refund or an exchange for a new product, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, showing no signs of wear, and in its original packaging.
  • The shipment must include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

2. Return Procedure

  • Contact us, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
  • You will receive instructions from us on the return procedure and the address to which the product should be sent.
  • Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transport and send it to the specified address.

3. Shipping Costs

  • If the complaint is deemed valid (defects due to our fault or incorrect product sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • In other cases (e.g., change of mind by the customer), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount to the account used for payment within 7 business days.
  • Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.

5. Damage During Transport

If the product was damaged during transport, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange for a prompt exchange of the product for a new one or a refund.
