Relocation FAQ

As many of you know, we are currently in the process of moving our workshop from Hong Kong to Poland. This is a big step for our brand, and we’re incredibly grateful for your patience during this transition.

If you placed your order after March 19, it will be shipped within 3–4 weeks from the date it was placed. As soon as your package leaves our new home in Poland, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us through our shop or by email. We will respond as soon as possible.

At the moment, shipping prices remain the same.

However, we are currently researching new shipping methods to keep our shipping rates as fair as possible. Once our new workshop in Poland is fully set up, we may adjust shipping options and prices accordingly.

Once we are fully operational in Poland, our European customers can expect significantly faster delivery times.

For customers in other parts of the world, delivery times will remain similar, but we are also exploring better international shipping options to improve the experience for everyone.
